  Properties

  Anhydrous products are white powder, and melting point is at 190 ºC. Dihydrate products is colorless crystal, relative density at 1.915 g/cm3, melting point at 57.4ºC. It is soluble in water, not soluble in organic solution.

  Application

  Monosodium phosphate is used in the food industry as an emulsifying agent, buffer and nutrient. Examples include: buffer in foodstuffs, ingredient in emulsifying salts for processed cheese, as component of other mix phosphates for processed meat products.
